Do they do it on purpose? I just assumed they were nervous or I was making them physically ill.

For men, the only reported side effects have been as a CNS stimulant (usually well-liked but in at least one case apparently interfered with sleep) and a possible case of slight acne outbreak where the user sometimes has that problem anyway.

A side effect not reported (because not measured) but almost undoubtedly occurring is inhibition of LH and natural T production while using the product. This is the reason for recommending 2 week cycles, as recovery from inhibition is essentially immediate when the period of inhibition is no greater than 14 days.

  1. No. Because it almost undoubtedly has androgenic properties. This is all but irrelevant in men already exposed to their natural levels of androgen, but potentially permanently virilizing to women. E.g., permanent voice change even from brief use at much less than label dose could occur.

Though given the context of question 3, if a women has used androgens before at some dose without virilization, it would probably be possible to estimate a dose of 11-T that would be fairly unlikely to be virilizing for her. But no general statement can be made.

Some women have been permanently virilized by androgen doses as low as a single 50 mg injection of Deca, or brief use of 5 mg Dianabol per day, for illustration of how low the threshold is.

Heck, some suffer virilization in middle age from increasing natural DHEA, as weak as that is. Apparently because they are so sensitive and naturally close to the threshold that pretty much a sneeze (so to speak) in androgen levels will put them over.

Just wanted to give a quick update.

I finished my two week cycle this morning. My final weight was 189. Go figure, I find my BF calipers a day before my cycle ends. BF is at 11%

Overall as far as size gains are concerned, 3 pounds is 3 pounds. I wish I had known what my BF was when I began, but I can’t physically see that it increased very much at all. So that’s pretty cool.

What I’m most happy about are the strength gains that came along with 11-T. Weights over the two weeks just kept going up.

Today starts a deloading week as my joints are getting sore in my right elbow, also to allow the “delayed compensation” of OVT to settle in. I’m just going to keep on a 4 day body part split and do some 12 rep range work since I haven’t done that in about 2 months. About 9 sets per body part is what I’ll do.

Anyway I’ll get the ending pics posted in the next day or two. Thanks for reading!

I’m glad that your happy with gaining 3lbs in 3 weeks man, I know for tall/lean guys like you (and me) that gaining isn’t always the easiest to do.

But from your post and others on the site; I am not very impressed with this super expensive sport spray…just yet.

I’ve been doing a bit of a bulk in the last 2.5mo and have gone from 180-195 and in the last 2 weeks have added 30lbs to my trap deadlift and 20lbs to my front squat…without 11-T.

I dunno; I’m just still sorta skeptical on it thus far…I’m all for just busting my balls at the gym and eating alot.

But I’m Italian, we like to eat. Pasta…Hmm…yeah.

what do you expect from it?

I gained 3 lbs in almost 3 days (even though I said it was the 1st week, it went on rather quick)

3 pounds in 2 weeks. Am I completely satisfied? No. Given the way the supplement was introduced (or any supplement for that matter) I would have loved at least a 5 pound gain. I ate like a champion, no doubt in my mind there. Am I going to send back the other bottle? No. I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt. My training volume for the past 2 months has been really high; I started 11-T at the a time where I know my body was due for a bit of a break. Me having a tall slender frame, perhaps high volume training like OVT isn’t the best for my body type, who knows. Like I said, I’m going light this next week while keeping the calories high. I would expect to add another pound or two over the next 2 weeks just from turning down the volume on my training.

The 3-4 pounds I gained did come within the first week. Glycogen, water, muscle? Who knows.

I also think I could have had more success if I could have effectively sprayed the stuff on my back. It’s hard to reach it back there and spray.

But like I said, I’ll get the pics up here in the next day or two and we’ll see if you guys see a difference.

See, my weight goes up and down about 2lbs/day so I couldn’t see 3lbs as a good gain for me. Maybe for you it’s fan-fucking-tastic because you don’t flux. like i do.

I know a few people who tried MAG-10 (and i’m not saying this is a second coming of the supplement) and gained some serious size in a months time…

i guess i just had higher expectations.

$125 worth of chicken would have put more mass on me. :slight_smile:

and i did see your thread (j-fit) on the T-Cell there; but i think my eyes weren’t working (or i wasn’t willing to stare at a 1/2 naked dude at work haha) but i didn’t see super results.

however, i take progress photos and i know that they don’t always show the real deal. going by measurements and keeping a lifting log is the best way to track progress IMO.

Chip, i hope your second round goes well man! Eat alot of great food and train your balls off!

Yeah I’m probably going to save the next round for sometime in the future. I live outside the states for half the year. I’m home for another month and I want to be able to enjoy myself a bit. Go out have a few beers without worrying that a bit of drinking is pissing away something I spent a bunch of money on. So for now.

Train my ass off and eat a bunch, since I can afford the food here. I’d go broke trying to add size in Costa Rica…Food is about double the price. I’ve still got a full bottle and about 1/4th left in the other. I know it’ll be here waiting for me :slight_smile: Time to take some pics.

Anyway sorry I dont have them side by side, hope it’s not too big a pain in the ass to flip between pages.

Overall. I think my lats look a little bigger. I hit them a good amount over the last 2 weeks and will continue to give them a lot of work as they (to me) are lagging.

I also want to keep hitting my right trap as my right shoulder sits lower than my left. Much much more if I’m not standing with good posture.

My legs I think look a bit more defined. I know I went up 15 pounds on front squat in 2 weeks. Also, my left inner quad used to be larger than my right, over the course of a few months I think I’ve got them pretty damn close.

Anyway, what do you guys think?

I think you’ve made good results with 11-T, although you would have likely benefited by eating significantly more to take advantage of it’s anabolic properties.

I added approximately 9 pounds scale weight while getting noticeably leaner over my 2-week cycle and I pounded away the food. Like Bill Roberts recommended, I increased carb and protein intake while cutting back on the fats.

I followed the 11-T thread for a while. I didn’t catch the up the carbs lower the fat part. I definitely didn’t lower the fat. I upped them both considerably. Interesting to hear that though. I was eating like a madman I know that. I never did tag anything into fitday because it’d taken forever. But like I had mentioned before I’m going to keep the calories up there and see what kind of “delayed compensation” I get here after wrapping up OVT. Congrats on your success bro!

There’s nothing more annoying than taking a woman to a nice restaurant with great food and having her order a salad which she picks at. But which is still expensive anyway.
