Started the 5/3/1 Stack

Just started the 5/3/1 stack, has anyone used an extra MAG inbetween breakfast and lunch? I’ve just been taking the Mag post session, with the 1500L Plazma during. Thought about doing a MAG pulse earlier in the day. I have to say the stamina increase is definitely noticable, looking forward to the end results. Any thoughts?

You can have extra MAG-10 during the day if you want the extra protein.

That’s what I was thinking. Read some programs that the pulse between breakfast and lunch. Then some only post session. Seems like I’ll have the Mag left after the Plasma is finished.
