@Robroy @Raleighwood Did you guys noticed any fat loss or fat gain on E2V pills?
and how long can one run e2v at a stretch?
Iām currently taking T4 to help raise my shbg - if that doesnt work iāll be trying the estrogen experiment as well.
Iām wondering if we can get away with doing lower doses though as to not skyrocket the e2 serum level but still give the liver the āactivationā of processing the oral e2
No change in fat loss or gain. I feel like I can add muscle a little easier since starting E2V.
At a minimum, I get a better pump when lifting.
Not sure how long you can run it. Iām not seeing why you couldnāt do so indefinitely; having no signs of E2 sides and having allevation of symptoms would seemingly indicate itās in a healthy range.

Before E2V (on 120 mg/wk T split into two doses):
TT: 1287
Free T: 22.4
E2: 35.8
SHBG: 46.2
After: (on 1mg/day E2V for 30 days)
*had some aberrant readings for Test, think my vial was old or separated)
E2: 43.2
SHBG: 45.7
After (on 2mg/day E2V for 60 days):
TT: 1290
Free T: 21.5
E2: 57.2
SHBG: 45.7

- E2 went from 36 to 43 to 57 on no E2V; 1mg/day; and 2mg/day
- SHBG constant whether on no E2V, 1mg/day, or 2mg/day
- TT and Free T constant throughout
Having the ability to modulate E2V via oral route, with short half-life, and hold free T and SHBG constant gives us a good opportunity to control for that variable alone. Test aromatizing rates and SHBG binding wash since they seem to hold constant at different E2V levels.
Iām just a sample size of one though, would be curious to see how yāall respond!
Iām bumping my E2V to 2.5mg/day FTR, still want to get to that 20:1 ratio.

@Raleighwood so for you I would suspect that low e2 ratio is your actual issue seeing as your SHBG was also high to begin with and you do have a lower TT to e2 ratio. Iām also shocked at how little the e2v is actually effecting your serum levels as well. I would have expected a more dramatic effect

A year ago , on 100 mg test c per week (split in two doses), SHBG used to be 22 ish. I also used HCG @500 iu , 3 times a week
Now on same dose, itās 12-15.
After starting e2V+ oral BC pill, my SHBG went from 15 to 22 in 2 weeks . Symptomatically, I felt better except EQ not up to the mark (but it improved quite good).
I have recently made some changes in my regime. Dropped BC pill. Just using e2V pill @1 mg ED
I have a complete different theory on whatās going on though.
Agreed, thatās my thought as well.
If you think my SHBG is high now, you should have seen how I felt when it was in the 70ās and I had Free T in the single digits (with natty Total T 600-900) and E2 was around 20. 
Did you ever get your igf 1, igfbp3 and ALS tested ?
Any incidence of sleep apnea or hyperventilation?
How does your liver values look ?
Negative re: IGFs or ALS testing. No apnea or hyperventilation. Liver looks fine.
Spiked SHBG was the result of yearslong low carb, intermittent fasting that inadvertantly threw me into a long keto/caloric deficit state, if I had to guess.

So I tested my e2 levels ( non sensitive) just before my morning dose of 4 mg (oral) and itās just 80 pg/ml . WTF . Seems I make almost no estrogen naturally @Robroy @highpull @Raleighwood
Why would you think you make almost no estrogen naturally? 80pg/ml is a high e2 level not a low one
80 pg/ml(trough value) is after being on 4 mg e2V oral pill . So one can only imagine what the levels would be without pills

If youāre testing E2 after beginning supplementation Iād test right before youāre supposed to take your next (daily) dose.
Halflife or oral e2v is 12-20hrs roughly.
So that 80 is already with a good amount of the e2v worn off already.
The test is not ultra sensitive .

This topic is very interesting to me, but wondering if there is anyway to increase Estradiol WITHOUT getting an rx?
Anyone heard of or used Bi-EST 5.0 Bio-identical estrogen cream, its available on amazonā¦ Would this be a feasible option to at least āTRYā if my goal was to increase estrogen, and or keep it from crashing while taking cialis?
5mg of Bio-identical Estrogen, 4mg Estriol and 1mg Estradaiol per pump
