I had a go at this today with about 30 percent of my standing dB press.
It felt really good. Used 6 reps . I think it would be nice with a higher rep range too.
Any of you guys do them ?

Sometimes, though, normally I use a cable or a resistance band…feels good!
I used to like these but I can’t seem to do extensions anymore without my elbows getting really flared up. So I just do push downs instead
I did feel my elbow a little a day later.
Love these. Usually just use a single 100 pound dumbbell. I don’t do them all the time but they’re fun to mix in every once in a while

I am using 16 kg . I can barely press 100 for a double.
100 lb is crazy strong. I like the feel of the exercise .
