He mentioned being pretty short, maybe 5’7? That might explain it. But that’s 185 when 3-4% bf, right? I’m pretty sure…

Thanks, great video. Congrats Stan.
Great find. I thought it was pretty good. Represented T-Nation well. They have a few more video’s of stan on there. Good physique.

Oh yeah, and Stan is absolutely monstronamous.
Anyone have any posing vids from his Pro-Card win?

That’s part of the look.

Really now? Then it seems a number of witless gym rats share the same “look”.
Cool video. He seems like a great guy, love the Porsche
Hard work pays off.

I remember CT talking about how he hurt his lower back training a number of years ago. Thats also why you don’t see him doing BB squats. I think that is why he wears a belt a lot.

I can understand that but- wearing it for lat pulldowns and tricep extensions?

I’m sure McQuay needs you to tell him when to wear a weight belt. You should totally e-mail him.

I was just wondering if the producers or whatnot of the video decided it would be a good idea for him to wear it (and subsequently look like a jackass), but I guess that’s the price of such things.
I love the line…
“usually I take the 300c or the Lexus buuuuut today we roll the 911.”
Not many BB’rs in So-Cal living that lifestyle methinks.

So you think he looks like a jackass in the video? Funny, I got a different impression from the video. I thought he was one jacked mofo and seemed to be a nice guy.
So does this business pay really good??
I really never knew bbers get paid so much.

I would assume it would be from other promotional/advertising deals, rather than the actual bb competitions.
I think one would have to be good at marketing himself to make good money with bodybuilding.
Having a body and apparent work ethic like Stan’s can’t hurt either.
