I have found that I love doing 1 arm db snatches and would like to progress to doing 2 arm bb snatches. I have been doing them one at a time when doing the overhead squat but can’t seem to get the timing on the drop so I end up doing a “power snatch”, for lack of a better word, with little or no drop under the bar. Any great suggestions for a 41 year O-lift newbie? Keep doing the 1 arm snatches or start doing 2 arm db snatches?
