My goal is to gain as much strength as possible in the s/b/d and I wanted to implement second set last and 5’s pro into my training. I was thinking something like this…
Press 5/3/1 SSL 5x5
Bench 5’s Pro
Deadlift 5/3/1 SSL 5x5
Squat 5’s Pro
Bench 5/3/1 SSL 5x5
Press 5’s Pro
Squat 5/3/1 SSL 5x5
Deadlift 5’s Pro
How does that look? Or would it be better to do 5’s pro on the main movement?
