Squeeze a Scale

Thanks for the advice!

I tried the scale squeeze before taking the NO XPLODE today and got only 210. Tried it afterwards and got 229. So it really may have some effect on strength output.

Anyway, what’s cool is that after just 10 or so scale squeezes over a week’s time, I already noticed a new “bump” in my forearm. I noticed it at work today looking down, and thought my forearm had a new “angle” to the outer outline. Wasn’t sure if it was always there or not and maybe I was just misremembering, but at home I took a look in the mirror and there is definitely a new bump/shape/glob of muscle on the outside of the forearm, midway on the length. It’s casting a little shadow like a groundhog.

I’m starting to see the benefits in this grip work stuff…

The numbers you get for this test are going to have a lot to do with how thick or thin your scale is. Two people of equal stregnth can ahve very different readings if the scale has different dimensions.
