Long walk with the dog. For the second time in five years I’ve lived here, I saw a big Elk today. Of course it ran off immediately when it saw me.

Dogwalk - spotted the elk again. I think it’s a female elk. Wonder if it is the same that I saw last time, or a different one.
No weight training today. Just some flexibility and stretching.
I badly want this 150kg bench press now. I’m only 0.4kg away from it, so I should get it soon. Just gotta keep
the tension up…

Second workout
Squats: 172 x 5 x 7
Started to bleed from the left nostril on rep two of first set. Made the set. Put paper in the
nose. Kept doing the sets. After sets, went to kitchen, threw up the breakfast. Feeling nauseated,
head pain and shaky.
Perfect start of the day.
