I drink coffee when I wake up. The time between coffee and working out varies a lot. I can’t remember exactly, but my schedule probably looked a lot like this on that day:
11 - breakfast
11:15 coffee (two mugs. probably about 20-24 ounces total. wow that sounds bad. I think that comes out to around 240 - 320 mg of caffeine. 6 oz = 80mgs, I think.)
1 - spaghetti
1:30 lift.
I’ve been drinking this amount of coffee in the “morning” for the past 8-9 months.
Took a couple of days off and the headache is completely gone. It kept coming back whenever I would do, well, basically anything. Going to lift tomorrow practicing better head position and breathing
