Squats and Straight Backs O_o

The front squat must be done with a more upright posture when going ATG, but olympic style back squats when you are going completely atg you will lean forward some compared to the front squat. Just simply stay as upright as you feel natural/comfortable is my advice. Before any says I am giving horrible advice for squats, I am talking about olympic style squats (narrower stance and high bar placement) not the type of squats the vast majority of people on this part of the forums uses.

Already got a torn bicep? But I thought Reg Park 5x5 turned everyone into bulletproof-supermen, but? but…

I tore my bicep from doing Dips. An exercise that is not in Reg Parks 5x5.

In fact, I did them while doing Bodyweight and it was very easy (20 rep sets). It tore my bicep, and I think it is the worst movement. The Physio Surgeon I saw told me he gets so many people in for surgeries with torn labrums or proximal bicep tendons or shoulder impingements, and the list goes on …from DIPS.
