Form or not you were in total control of the weight at all times! Incredible core/lumbar strength allows you to squat with impunity apparently.
You see some guys with form problems flopping around and think ouch that’s gotta hurt but in this case its like u have extra muscles normal humans dont so u can just move safely along all kinds of weird planes.
Still with those tree trunk legs and back strength i’d think with good form u could be doing insane weight.
