What are the different variations of squats?
Olympic, power, front, over head …
What’s the difference between olympic squat ,power squat, and full squat.
I came across an article Side Comparison Of Power And Olympic Squats!
What I got out of it is that power squat is a little wider, and you only sit back to parallel, where an olympic squat is basically atg / full squat.
Let me know if I’m wrong
