Hey guys looking for some squat form help. I attached a video of me doing 315 for a single. My max is 355. I squat low bar, in VS olympic lifting shoes. Any comments/critiques are welcome. Thanks
I believe you over-extending on how low you’re going… Its really good form all the way until you hit the bottom, then you’re rounding.

Thanks guys, Ive been working on sitting back more, so I’m not going straight in between my legs, i feel like it helps me keep my lower back tigher
I think you should go faster and move all weight as fast as possible. It’s hard to believe that your max is 355 when you’re moving 315 that slowly. Otherwise I think it looks decent.

I know what you mean with the speed, I have sped up my descent a bit, to take advantage of the stretch reflex, its kind of a mental thing when doing singles to control it on the way down. One of my partners has noticed I get slower and tentative on my singles. I’ll work on that, Thanks!
