I squat my heavy low bar sets in VS olympic shoes and do just fine. I prefer a heeled olympic shoe to chucks any day and know a lot of other dudes that do too.

Since you squat “low bar” the last thing you need is a heel lift.
Anything with a thin hard sole, or just a thin sole. Chucks, Asics (wresting), whatever. And make sure there is enough room for ankle flexion, so maybe tie them without using the top holes.
NOT oly lifting shoes or their extremely expensive knock offs (Nike etc).
Think about it. A low bar will make you lean forward a bit, adding a heel will cause all sorts of balance and bar motion issues.

I disagree, many people like to have as much of an upright torso as possible when squatting, so there isn’t always a forward lean. Any instability is caused by poor form and understanding of the squat.
It’s a matter of preference and flexibility really.
As for the OP’s question, Do-wins are nice. Last I checked they were 130? If you don’t want to pay that much you can always get a pair of Vsathletics.
