You’re a bad person man.
You wonder why you can’t find anyone to work out with? I bet it has nothing to do with the massive amount of weight you push. Probably more to do with the fact that you act like a self righteous fucking moron. As a trainer, and someone who is constantly trying to help the insecure, ignorant people that come into my gym, you sir, are the definition of douche. I wish I was working where you train. You wouldn’t be training there anymore.

I would say pay attention to your own workouts, but you seem to be stronger than everyone else around already… . and none of the advice given is being taken by you, and I assume still wont be… so just go fuck yourself, I guess.
Actually my new gym is pretty cool. Although the training partner issue still remains, there are much, MUCH less squat rack curlers. We actually have personal trainers here and they are usually always occupied with clients. Not sure if they are giving them good routines or not, but at least they are attempting to help them learn something. The regular clientele have gotten to know me over the past month and there are a couple of monsters in there (over 500 lb dead lifter comes to mind) just like my old gym, but again my peer-group is lacking. At least they aren’t squat rack curlers and take their training seriously.

I don’t get what the self-righteous comes from but its something I’ve heard from other people who also made no sense. But I digress, go fuck yourself.
I don’t know about the rest of you guys, but I am glad to have Celtics back.
Bench: Few sets of 155 as his highest
Shrugs: 275 (with straps I presume since he says his traps are ahead of his grip strength)
Squats: 245 - for someone who talks so much shit about squatting, you don’t really squat a lot
Military Press: few sets of 105
Deadlift: 225 - I’ve got high school female rowers weighing less then 130 that are pulling more then this (had a few pull 275 just the last week)

Good for you. While you were in high school lifting weights, I was probably touring internationally. I’m sure if I got a quicker start I’d be lifting more by now, but priorities change over time. Whats wrong with spelling things properly? I took english courses for years to spell things the right way and now I’m getting called a troll for doing so? Make some sense please? lol
I’ll give you some props for responding to absolutely everyone, and standing your ground, even though you are a fucktard.

While you were “touring internationally” I was probably getting some delicious Canadian pussy, lifting weights, and learning some social skills that you obviously lack.

My mp3 player is loud enough to drown out all but the loudest of screamers. Even if I do hear them, it just makes me smile when I lift more than them, but quietly, and get some satisfaction from that. If they’re lifting more than you…maybe you’re lacking in the intensity department? Just a thought man.
nah intensity wasnt an issue during that workout, destroyed myself proper and hit some pr’s, im not that strong but i make this guy look like a bitch…lol
just damn annoying, trying to focus and some kid is yelling while lifting babyweights, is he were at least doing compound lifts with decent weights, okay be loud, my gym is a little more hardcore than most but screaming while on the pec deck…really?
and between sets hes walking around like a retard talking to himself, lifting a 40lbs dumbbell for 2 secs saying babyweights baby…pretty funny though
should i say something? i try to mind my business at the gym unless someone is really being stupid or an annoyance

It doesn’t matter if I’m stronger than him. It doesn’t make me better; anymore than I’d expect to be treated like shit by someone stronger than me. I’d hate to act with such a sense of superiority and condescension. My experience has been that the more experienced the lifter, the less likely they are to get their panties in a bunch over stupid shit and act like a school yard bully because they have their own stuff to focus on. Hence: acting like a crybaby cunt. Wrap whatever words you like around that, you’re still acting like a bitch.

I didn’t really mind your post, as I’ve said before I’ve never blew up my numbers just because I’m online. What bugged the shit out of me is that you say I do tricep kickbacks.

Judging numbers are we? And talking about being the better man in the same post? Hypocrite AND liar…
I stand corrected. You were doing DB Extensions (2 handed and overhead I presume), I originally had taken these for kickbacks. If that makes me a liar, so be it.

I do hope you’re not insinuating I blow up my numbers (I truly doubt you are) but for the record I do have videos up of all my lifts (and more coming today) in my log. Just because I’m stronger then people does not give me a right to go and mess with people in a way that could leave them seriously injured.

I’m not judging numbers, I’m judging you. You have no right to:

 1. Pick on people weaker then you
 2. Interfere with people’s workouts in a manner that puts them in harms way
 3. Think you’re strong

You’re going around messing with people in a manner that puts them in harms way. You’re going around calling people weak when you yourself are weak. It’s like winning the special olympics…at the end of the day you’re still retarded.

As far as being a hypocrite, I said others were better men for helping people out in a non-dysfunctional way. I on the other hand prefer to take the low-road.

You obviously don’t understand what H4M is saying. He’s saying you’re like the same person on the bus randomly slapping a stranger. You’re not in the middle of the extremes, you are the extreme since you put people in harms way. If you were just yelling/being a dick to them but not physically putting them in harms way I’d say you were in the middle of the extremes, leaning more towards “our side” and less towards “noob side”. As it stands, you’re just as bad as the person slapping a random person in the face on the bus.

Weakling. Interesting. Meanwhile I can’t find a training partner due to everyone else being weak as shit. While I’ll be the first to admit I’m not an elite level power lifter, except for a handful of guys above my age group, I’m out lifting and out growing the majority of guys around my age, even after basically starving and eating horribly for an extended period of time (lets not forget the multiple bouts of de-training!). Nothing going for me?

I’ve basically fulfilled my initial career path, theres nothing left to do with it. Success.
Lived in different countries, experienced different cultures (still an ongoing success)
Been to Disney World for the first time in my life last year. (Major goal/major success!)
Learned and mastered the english language. Success.
Married my “high school sweetheart”. Success.
Have my own place. Success.
Own a luxury automobile. Success.
Enjoy my work. Success.
Have free reign over my life. Success.

Even after abandoning school I went back and got a bachelors degree. Success, especially considering my immense disdain for it.

Actually, gimme some help with the grip thing, lol.

Today I clapped my hands after using chalk. I was blind for half an hour.

The changing weight thing is inexcusable-unsafe and just a dickhead move.

The others may be justifiable if the person these had been done to directly wronged you in a purposeful way, but that’s not what this sounds like. If it was just a manner of bad etiquette, then explain why they are in the wrong first, they do it again, then ignorance isn’t an excuse anymore, but that doesn’t give you carte blanche to be a dbag.

Not that it matters now since you suddenly have a new gym, but did you try helping the idiots? Generally speaking, people are clueless when it comes to training. Those who do 1/4 squats and 3" bench motivate me to train harder, because even though I might not be putting up their weight, I’m doing it properly and could maybe actually use my strength if something happened.

Back to the vein of SRC…I was experimenting with some crossfit tomfoolery, trying to work into doing a handstand/bw shoulder press with my feet up on a smith machine (Yes I actually found a use for it!). My foot slipped and I did an awkward half fall/half somersault forward into the nearby captain’s chair/dip rack. The only person around was an elderly woman on the treadmill who preceded to laugh at me and ask if I was ok. That’s what I get for that nonsense, but I needed to mix up the shoulder work a bit.
