My lower back/butt has developed a problem at the bottom of my squat. It (they) sort of tuck under. I used to squat to the bottom, but if I go below parallel now I can’t control that tuck. I’m thinking that this started after I had our last l’il rugrat. I’ve had back/core problems since that time.
Any thoughts on what I could do to help this out? My physiotherapist/ART says, “no more squats/deadlifts etc…”, but that doesn’t do anything to make me feel better.
