Squat 3x/Week or 2x/Week and Bicycle 1x

What are your thoughts, would an intense 2 hour quad burn on the bicycle be beneficial to strength gains or should i swap it out for another day of squatting? Id like the bicycling for added endurance

More squattig would be better IME…most cycling, unless it’s done real fast in a harsh gear isn’t to add a lot of mass to your legs…it is good for conditioning though.
