I do not look very happy here, but Im relatively content.

Nice work I got to work with some Rangers they are very professional and know there stuff. Just keep in mind you will lose alot of weight at Ranger training if you get in.

Nice journal…might I ask…how did you build your muscle base and in particular what do you do for your triceps they are fucking massive

Nice work man, you were already lean to begin with but still you made progress.

thanks guys.

David tower for my triceps…

I train them with back

slightly inclined skull crushers 10-12 reps for 4 sets

1 arm overhead dumbell extentions 8-12 reps for three sets.

Reverse grip cable pushdowns 10-12 reps 3 sets

Dumbell kickbacks with upper arm parrallel to floor 12-15 reps for 2 sets.

Errrhhh, wasn’t expecting that…

haha, kidding man. It’s obviously working.

rrjc54488,
Yeah, my tricep workout isnt the most intense workout ever, but for me I feel anymore than that and i overtrain. Plus, I need them to not burn out since I train Delts and chest on different days which use the tricep as a secondary muscle. I also dont consider my triceps to be that great because my biceps overpower them. I should stop training biceps, but I love to train them and would be sad if I stopped. I do very light weight and high reps for biceps so they pump up, but not grow much bigger. HEAVY curls, I mean 4-6 rep range built my biceps.

Maybe you can help me bring my chest up, as that is definately lagging for me.

My current routine is

Barbell incline press 8 reps 2 sets
Incline dumbell press 8 reps 2 sets
Hammer strength bench press 8 reps 3 sets
Incline flys 15 reps 3 sets
Cybex incline press 15 reps 2 sets
Machine flys 12-15 reps 2 sets
Dumbell pullovers 12 reps 2 sets

my shoulders are less than great also.
