Way overtrained today. Cut stims/ therms in half and took my last dose at 2pm. Right now, for the first time in days, I am ravenous. Im taking two days off from the weights, as recovery is a tad more sluggish. trained delts/ traps/ triceps in giant sets, not resting.
I lifted 20 minutes too long, god damn caffeine. Im getting some sleep tonight because Ive crashed for the day, and the plumber arrives early a.m. to fix my cold water pipe that destroyed my ceiling. Tuna time, later.
Its been a day shy of a week, and Ive gone from 190 down to 175. Havent been this light since high school! I will post pics tomorrow, as that will mark a week.
Although i was decently lean to begin with, I really notice the results my diet has produced, and I feel healthier and more bodyweight efficient than I have ever been in my life. I really hope if my diet continues to go well that someone would consider following this hard regiment, and my end results will be a testiment to the effectiveness of it.
Oh, and I never bought the bronchaid. And instead of taking 6 caps of a thermogenic aid, I can only handle three at my bodyweight or else i feel unhealthy and unnerved.
If i did continue taking six, and maybe using bronchaid, I would be emmaciated to nothing.
March 24, 2008 I was shot three times, two times in the left leg, one hollowed out my femur. My right leg had a bullet that went through all four quadricep muscles! I literally had to start everything from ground zero after being bedridden for three months.
Damn. Well, it looks like you recovered well. Next time you’re in a gun fight just make the face you’re making in pic #4, that’ll scare them away. ;). You seem leaner already, keep on trucking.
The area I live its not uncommon to get shot and mugged, in my case by three hood niggas. Chose not to provide my wallet and take the bullets. I kept my wallet.

That was pretty dumb…but badass nonetheless. Best of luck with the ranger program.
This is where I am going to stop cutting. Starting to eat a bit of muscle. Ive learned how to do it, so hopefully one day I will do it again if I think I can compete. But I need some size first, and this diet is inhibiting.
