Stu. lookin great. Congrats and thanks for posting this up for all of us to see. It is extremely helpful to get such a detailed view of how it is done. And ya… you looked way better than the heavy. He had good legs but the rest was kinda meh.

Great work Stu, congrats on the win. It’s only a few pics at a distance, but… the overall winner doesn’t look like he’s even in the same zip code as you in upper body mass, let alone conditioning.

OKay guys, I managed to get the Overall pose-down and edit it to just under the 10 minute limit. Here you go,… I’ll keep my own thoughts to myself -lol. I’ll also try to get y posing routine and the lightheavy judging up this week as well. Enjoy :slight_smile:

Man the 2 smaller guys seriously look scary…like disgustingly skinny. Especially the guy in the orange drunks? WTF!

I think the taller guy definitely had the best wheels, but is it my imagination or am I seeing a bit of a belly on him?

Dude, I dont know how that guy won the overall. Yeah his legs were big. woo hoo.

  1. Your conditioning was better
  2. Your tan was better
  3. Your upper body DWARVED his.
  4. Your posing was better and your muscles stood out WAY more than his.

Just my humble opinion.
