Spreadsheet/Waterbury Programs

Thanks alot, that was a wonderful job!

I second the idea of buying everyone a drink that worked on this or giving them some free stuff.
Of course i don’t have free stuff to give away and about the drink, well, if you ever come out to northern germany hit me up, i’ll buy you a great tasting beer, er i mean a protein shake

i just started WM and this is exactly what i needed. i really like the suggested periodization list at the end. i was wondering what i would be doing in about 3 weeks.

thanks again, man. a job well done.

Muchos gracias to Sterno and everyone who has contributed to creating these spreadsheets! What a time saver for everybody! And very professionally done, great job!

As a way of saying thanks, here’s a picture of my mom.

Chris

Thanks! Just D/L it, appreciate the PDF view since I have no spreadsheet program here (open office doesn’t like my machine for whatever reason)

Cheers!

Could someone please PM me about it.

I would really apreciate it! I am really wanting to see it since the spreadsheet I am using is set up for an HST program and it sounds like you did a really god job in creating a usable training tool.

Thanks in advance!

I’ve updated the CW master spreadsheet / PDF with 10 x 3 For Fat Loss program.

You can download at: http://216.17.22.84/uploads/CW_Programs.zip

or you can PM me.

Thanks,
Sterno

thanks man, awesome job!

Just wanted to say thanks. That pdf really helped me when I worked through CW’s programs! Printed em’ out and used em’ in my training log.

Hey Sterno I love the spreadsheet for CW’s workouts. Could you take a look at the link below which is a excel file that has a fromula so that you can enter your 5rm and it then puts it into the workouts so you can know how much to lift.

Thanks for putting this together it is extermely helpful.

Yes - Thank you.
My wife and I are actually using this spreadsheet to follow the Total Body workout and record our progress.

Thanks!!!
