Spreadsheet/Waterbury Programs

Thanks for all the hard work on this. My goal today was to locate this file. Glad to see it’s getting bumped.

Bump for good measure.

Very useful, and thaks for this!

Sexytime if we get an update with Chad and Alan’s “8 weeks to monster shoulders”

Fantastic, that kind of community spirit deserves recognition!

Thank you guys!
Makkun

Absolutely, positively, grrrreat.
Hopefully CW you read this and maybe do the same after every program to help us slow folks out.

Sterno & Strongman You guys rock!!!

Thanks for doing all of this. Hopefully the new program will be up here soon.

Hey all. I put CW’s new program into Excel. I don’t know exactly how to make it available to you guys. If someone could tell me how, maybe I could do it.

Chris

No takers? My spreadsheet looks very much like the rest of sterno’s. Someone just needs to let me know how to make this available to the public.

Thanks for the other spreadsheets, sterno. They were very helpful.

Chris

Just read my PM’s. I sent the new spreadsheet to sterno. Hopefully he will have the update available shortly.

A big thanks to Chris for his hard work in adding the WHFS!!!

I’ve updated the master spreadsheet / PDF with the latest updates.

You can download at: http://216.17.22.84/uploads/CW_Programs.zip

or you can PM me.

Thanks,
Sterno

P.S. - I think we’re just missing Chad’s 10x3 for Fat Loss program. I haven’t been able to convert it yet, if anyone else has (or wants to) let me know and I’ll add it to the masters. Thanks!

Thanks for the great work guys!

That was fast, great job! Thank you.

This is the greatest file to ever grace my desktop, thanks.

Awesome
