Any suggestions as to what CW method I should follow up with after the Growth Surge Project? Someone mentioned 5x5 training for 1 month to consolidate your gains but I’d rather go with a CW program. (If it matters, I will not be using MAG-10 and only doing the one-a-days.)
Also I just stumbled upon this thread, I wasn’t aware there were other programs recommended after ABBH 1&2 other than what was in a previous thread, TTT, TBT, etc. My goal is size and if I decide against GS Project, after I finish ABBH2 should I go w/ SFM or just go right to SOB?
A while back Tampa-Terry created a spreadsheet with a lot of Chad Waterbury’s programs entered in a concise format so that you could print and take to the gym. I found it to be VERY helpful. I’ve since updated it with some of CW’s recent programs and also added in some older ones that were missing from the original. It now contains the following CW programs:

It’s been updated ever since the Perfect 10 program came out. In fact there have been some other slight “corrections” made to some of the programs based on feedback. I update the downloadable files right away but don’t always update this discussion thread after every modification. I could update the thread if people want to know. I’d recommend always downloading the latest version before starting into a new program. The link is:
