Would it be okay to split the complexes outlined in your “6 weeks to Superhero” program into am/pm workouts. As in one complex in the morning and one in the evening say 10 hours later?
Yes, in fact for most people it would be best to do one complex per day. The original plan was to create a workout so intense that you needed workout nutrition to be able to recover from it.
The version I use(d) (Canadian Ascending Descending training) with athletes uses once complex per day

Thank you for taking the to reply! A question I just thought of… Would you still recommend the explosive exercises such as the jumping deadlifts for type 2B or type 3 persons? If not, what might you suggest as alternatives?
