6 Weeks to Superhero Question

Just started the “6 weeks to Super Hero” workout. Awesome workout. The top 1/2 element is a real throwback to my high school hockey days power training and I havent felt this thrashed since Marine Corps Boot Camp. Two questions on this workout.

  1. can I plug a Tricep/Bicep day in my off days
  2. Are the Complexes single sets?
