Superhero Complex

With the exercises in the different complexes (bench, squat, dead lift, overhead press) is it recommended to follow the exercises one after the other or to complete 3 sets of each exercise and then move on to the next?

And also could anyone recommend a similar complex for training rows or pull ups?

This is my first post on the site and would greatly appreciate any help and love everything i have seen on the site so far!

Do you not mean HFSW complex ?
It can be done both ways, CT do it alternate style, but mostly out of boredom.
IF you really mean Superhero Complex, then it should be trained one set of each.
