So im gonna start on monday a new 5/3/1 cycle and do spinal tap from beyond book (the second version where u do triples for all sets) for a 6 week cycle! Every week i should up my TM but should I add the usual 5 upper 10 lower pounds or 2.5/5 would be better??
I used it a couple of years back and used 2.5/5 but maybe thats not the goal of the program and should up the TM the usual… thanks
