I hate to tell you this, but my plan boils down to the chicks having sex with a bunch of soldiers, me and Doug Judo Chopping the hell out of people, stealing gold, and then setting up Kmyce and Kimba to take the fall and giving PMPM the left over money.
You can freestyle it and wear a ninja suit while you’re seducing soldiers.

So, Wol’s plan never played out, so I am back in the gym.
Planning to do the Colorado State Championships/USAPL American Open the first weekend in December. I’ll squat and deadlift equipped, but I’m not sure if I’ll bench shirted. I haven’t had much assistance in the bench department lately. I’ve walked out 425, so my goals will be somehting like 425/180(raw) or 225 (shirted)/and 375.
Tonight I squatted up to a single at 395 in full equipment. I was in my looser suit. It went up a little more slowly than I would like, and I think it was high. I tend to squat high when I don’t have a spotter.
I also deadlifted raw, concentrating on pulling the bar into my body and slamming my hips forward. I didn’t match my previous PR of 305, but I think the squats took a wee bit out of me. Then I super setted 6x135 RDLs and barbell rows. I’m trashed.

Tonight I did three boards/yoga block up to 3x6x185. The worst part is unracking it.
Then I did 5x135, 5x3x135 with long pauses on the chest.
Pushups with the red Woody band looped from palm to palm over my back - 3 sets of 5
T-bar rows, 2x6x90, 3x6x135
Face pulls, 5x6x48
One arm triceps pushdowns - lots of these at a light weight while I chatted with a dude about ankle injuries and football.
185 is a serious number. Nice job!
I never thought of doing pushups with bands like that. Thanks for the idea.
