Pullups 2@4 3@3. After my first set, a dude walked up and asked if I’d seen the assisted pullup machine, and knew how to use it. I think he was flirting with me, but suggesting that a girl who is doing real pullups do assisted pullups really isn’t a great opener.Â

what are the gyms like in India? I might be in India visiting my family for a couple months, was kinda hoping to poke my head into a gym at least few times while I’m there so I don’t turn into complete jello :stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah we are fucking mentally challenged as men. Seriously I’ve tried to explain our methodologies to women who can’t figure out what a guy is doing and they don’t believe me, but we’d still rather pull your pig tails then have to find something to say.

I recently had a girl pass me her email through someone else and even though I felt I was in grade school, it was kinda cool. Certainly an ego boost. I think she wanted to be descreate.

Yesterday was manual labor/GPP. Move a crap ton of rocks from my parents’ driveway to their ponds in the backyard. I got sweaty.

Super wide grip bench 3x6x115

All benches were paused.

DB rows (less body English than Krocs): 3x10x90

Seated DB Overhead press: 10x30, 35, 40

Face pulls: 3x8x60

Dips (more lockoutish): 5x6x+45

Weighted kneeling crunch: 10x70, 3x10x110

I forgot my phone in the car so I had no reference for prior weights. I hate that.
