I was thinking about taking the day off today…but I need the gym.

Played around with snatches - made it up to a 60 lb DB, failed on a 70. Did some with a BB as well. I frighten the other gym-goers, but I’m not sure if it’s the exercise, the grunting, or the form.

Then I biked at a moderate pace for 30 minutes (What will happen to Sir Thomas Moore???), and did some ab work - weighted planks and weighted kneeling crunches.

My knees are bruised to hell (no, not from that, from climbing) and I’m thinking about taking tomorrow off. Definitely need a hot epsom salts bath!

PMPM nice progress, keep on rollin.

I’ll be up that way next month for a campus visit. I hear through the grapevine that Brooks Steakhouse in Denver has some of the best steak in the US. Have you ever eaten there?
