Overall some awesome squatting here.

Hell, you’re squatting more than 95% of the people in my gym.

Love how you just chilled there for a bit, then stuck out your tongue. Always classy darling :)
I knew that one wasn’t going when I looked down too much during the setup.

I think I need to make the setup faster so I don’t have to take a second breath after unracking. Thoughts?

She outsquatted all the males at my drop-in gym, certainly. And I better get a move on, too.

Actually before I saw the chilling and the tongue stickout I was actually going to be useful and comment on this.

Check out your back tilt on this compared to the earlier lifts. You’re already hunched over (marginally) when you unrack so you’re never able to fully get your chest up high and strong. I did the same thing this week but I cut my squat high instead of hitting depth and not getting it. Same result - no lift.

It would be nice to not have to take a second breath after unracking and I’ve thought about it too…but what happens if you don’t fully extend your knees or something and the ref takes a long time to give you your squat command… I’ve been taught to take a monster breath when unracking and just expelling a bit of air and trying to get as much of it back as possible once I’m about to squat. If you take a full breath (not sure if you do), you might be losing some of your chest height as the weight gets heavier.

Anyways, that’s all I’m good for tonight. I ate too damn much and am going into a food coma before deads tomorrow. I feel like I’ve been babbling and making no sense lately so I hope that at least made a bit of sense and you’re able to decipher it

Well, yeah. I hire a stunt double to do all my videos.

I don’t have too much to add…still strong!

what about MM’s advice regarding the elbows DOWN and concentrate on the pressure of keeping them forward?

Squats today. Videos of singles, hurrah! The video of the 255 guest stars my friend Chris. Facebook friends can also see Chris in my photo album, “Random Vogel Times.”

Warmed up with bar, 135, 185, 225; then:

245

255

265

275

285

295 (yeah…not so much)

Then I did 3x135, 2x3x185 bottom start squats.

RDLs: 4x6x135, 6x185

Hanging leg lifts, 4x10
Who’s the guy doing the sack grab at 255? I want him to be my boyfriend.

You’re a beast. In the best possible way. My goal is to raw squat the single you started with.

Squats are looking ridiculously strong! I am jealous of your numbers! The only things I saw were already covered… elbows and being slightly forward leaning in your setup. BUT… you have a bigger and better squat than me, so I will shutup now! =D

Hey Happy Birthday!!! I know it’s a day late but I hope it was good!

"Bangability=33%lower over-all performance in…is that a “Wisconsin Waterfall”? Sorry, my bad. he’s OK.

on the twisting…maybe side planks timed to see if one side is stronger than the other. Single leg glute bridges…foam rolling…

Wish I could see vids to give my opinion (or just to oogle), but you have a strong squat, good work as always. Happy late B-day.

Happy(belated) Birthday!!!

Hope all is well…

I’m disappointed, not one of these vids were you nekkid in.

Thanks for the birthday wishes, all.

I’ve been in the gym, doing my thang, but been a bit weak due to all the alcohol and my old age.

No jobs yet. I need to start tanning!

OOps Happy Birthday…

Nice work PMPM you squats are looking rugged
I bet if your arms went out further, you might get a wee bit more upright…

From what I’ve been reading the opposite is true. Depending on your flexibility, getting the arms in closer helps the upper back to stay tighter…
