Stranger talking - I like to do those weighted planks between two benches and using a dip belt. Getting that last foot off the floor is tricky, but once up it’s all good.

The July meet will depend on whether I’m working at that point. If I have a job, I’ll be ditching it that Thursday and Friday!

Deads: 6x135
Deficit Deads: 3x185, 3x3x235 (these actually felt really good)
Overhead squats, snatching the bar up: 6x45, 2x6x65, 3x6x95
