It is sometimes the piriformis that makes the hips tight.
my hips are stiff, plenty of foam and stretching I find that pilates, helps more with my hips then yoga.
x band walks and different lunges
fire hydrants.
there are a ton of articles on it.
cressey or roberts talks about it plenty.

Yeah, I know my piriformis gets tight. I think since it is primarily my left hip, a lot of this is caused by the way I sit. I need to be better about that.

Yeah and although form can always be better it is pretty damn good, love the set up. I could never do sumo, my hips would be fucked.

I want you to be more violent. I have seen that many female lifters are very “subtle” when they pull. Get violent with your hips. Push them through and be deliberate with your lockout,…don’t just slide into it. I tell my guy lifters to f*ck the bar if that helps.

I don’t know how much it helps pmpm but it helps me. I recently switched over to sumo and have had success with it. I’m starting a new cycle with some volume and this will help immensely.

My 2 cents …
Eveything looked good, and your back is nice and strong, BUT I think you should be lifitng more with your legs.
Watching the video, the first thing to move was your BUTT going UP. From what Greg Page always teaches us, the first thing to happen is that your BUTT should be dropping DOWN, and THEN push up with your legs (kinda need to lean back a bit).
Hard to get the grasp of that, but it works, and you’ll be lifitng heavier that way too.
