That’s not a lot of time!! tempting though…
Oh, ya big baby, it is plenty of time
you think so? I don’t know, I’ve been in my own world trying to get my weight down…I don’t even know HOW to train for a meet! LOL!!
Not to hijack, but I guess I am,but do any of you gals have bad knees? Meaning arthritis, etc…I just got a generic diagnosis today until I get my xrays back, and I was given a list of crap not to do…

I don’t think so, I know so… and yes, many lifters have bad knees. You will need to find out what the doctors says then maybe find some supplements/exercises to help you out. But it is still possible to lift/compete with bad knees…

Congrats! What kind of beer did you reward yourself with? Arrogant Bastard?
Guinness. We went to the one bar that really had nothing decent on tap. Half a bottle and I was about on the floor.
I had some Arrogant Bastard earlier this week. Delicious!
That’s what I’m debating between tomorrow. Arrogant Bastard or Guinness. It’ll likely be a game time decision.
Funny, I know some guys that the more Guinness they drink, the more of an Arrogant Bastard they become. :)
Yeah, but what if you’re already an Arrogant Bastard to start with? What would you become then? An Arrogant Asshole?
Hoping to get back tonight. After the inlaws left, I was exhausted (as was my liver). I was in bed asleep before 10 last night. Hubby wants to do the same thing tonight.
If I can get away, I was thinking of just going and raw squatting until I puke.

I think you should put 185 on the bar, unrack it and squat. Don’t rerack it or stop until your legs give out or until you literally are about to puke. Make it out of the rack before puking. Bonus points for puking on a SRC nearby.

Well, I was thinking about doing that, but with 135, lol…

I suppose I might be a pussy.
If you want to make sure to give yourself a head start on the puking, so you don’t have to do to many squats, mix some Surge recovery with MILK and drink before you begin!!! All the sugar and dairy will have you puking all over the squat rack in no time.
I’ve been researching resveratrol with my cat, Louis. I don’t know why the article talks about Louis being a mouse. Or why I would be calling ex-girlfriends.
Wore my sports bra and a tank top to work today (with a cute jacket, jeans, and obscenely high heels). I have squat shoes, pants, etc. in the car.
I will squat tonight!
I’m thinking I’ll get back with the coach after he finishes at the Arnold. I’d like to do weights three days a week - alternating weeks of two lower/one upper and one upper/two lower, or heavy lower/assistance random/heavy upper. This will let me workout with the hubby.
I didn’t get the sponsorship I was hoping to get, so that means I’m still up in the air about lifting equipped at the May meet.
I’ll be taking my ref test at the meet out here on March 21.
