speed squats

Can somebody tell me what the protocols are for doing speed squats.

i.e. duration, weight, speed of execution, range of motion etc.


do a search for dave tate’s articles on the website and you will find all you need. also look at the elite fitness website. basically, its about 50% of your max for 8 sets of 2 to a box thats below parallel. the % isn’t as important as the speed. make sure you explode of the box using your hams and glutes. if you start using the different band phases, the speed will slow down.
