I would like to hear your ideas on speed and explosivness traning for neurotype 2B. While this type is not made for explosive moves, 2Bs can be good team sports athletes (hard working, sacrificing themselves for team). However, for team sports (e.g. ice hockey, football, basketball) the above qualities need to be trained. I think that the sprints intervals with submaximal speed can work. Any other ideas?
