Training for Type 1a/3

Hi CT,

Thank you for sharing information about your neurotyping system.

I’m type 1a/3 (half of my personality is 1a and second half is 3)

Currently my training is 1a style
(high intensity-low volume workouts) but only 3 days a week(cant recover from more).

This approach gives some results, but sometimes i feel burned out
(especially after heavy DL session).

How would you advise to train for my neurotype?
