Neurotyping - 2B Dominant, Other Types Close

Coach Thibaudeau,

Similar concern to other posters here. My neurotyping results are as follow:

TYPE 1A TYPE 1B TYPE 2A TYPE 2B TYPE 3
Sub-total “Main” 44 -10 34 59 36
Sub-Total “Secondaries” 22 28 28 48 38
Sub-Total “Other” 23 20 36 41 38
TOTAL 89 38 98 148 112

2B certainly the highest, but 3, 2A, and 1A not terribly far behind.

Should I train exclusively as a 2B? And if not, what modifications would you recommend I make?

That is a 2B… the high 3 score isnt unusual and is how you are under stress or in things you are not comfortable with.

That would be 2B training. But keep in mind that 2B can train for strength but it needs to be adapted. Tell me what is your main goal and I will better be able to help you out.

Strength #1, with a secondary hypertrophy focus.

I would use the 5/3/1 set-up for the main lift and then do assistance work bodybuilding style.
