I am 20 years old and want to play college football next year. I played football in high school and I know I can play at the next level if I train hard. I really need to work on my speed and footwork, and also putting my whole workout together. As of right now I dont do any speed or agility training and would like to know what are the best exercises for this. Any tips will be greatly appriciated.
My current workout is like this:
Mon - Chest/Tri’s
Tue - Legs
Wed - Back/Bi’s
Thu - off
Fri - Shoulders/Chest
Sat - Legs
