…hi, ive been told that soya milk is counter productiove for me and my training…as soya contains estrogen, i dont take dairy products (well milk at least)…and have been using soya milk for th elast 3 yrs. i havent noticed that much difference in my training.
i havent trained as hard as i used to, and im being told that lol…its cos of the milk. is there any truth to this?
