Hey Hardmen and Ladies! Does anyone know if soy protein does, in fact, raise estrogen levels. I don’t use soy; I feel I can get much better benefits from other sources including whole foods. I use mostly whey supplments and, of course, I use GROW! as my MRP. Yet many women out there, especially the non-body building “tone” types, use soy due to the alleged claims that soy will raise this hormone naturally. Hmm…maybe these ladies think their breasts will get bigger or something?? I also once heard that soy could raise testosterone levels. “Yeah, right!” So, anyone have the facts about soy–any sites, articles you know of? Thanks, guys!
