Soreness From Squats

I have been working on my squatting form quite a bit and have watched the EFS SYTYCS videos a brazillion times. Now after my last few sessions, my hammies, glutes, and inner thighs have been feeling it the most in terms of soreness. Not so much in my quads. In the past, it was always my quads that were burning for days.

Is this a good thing or a sign that I am using better form?

Probably. Got a vid? I found box squats to be a useful tool for learning squat form. I still go back to it if I start having trouble sitting back.

It means you are actually using those muscles to squat now. Nothing to worry bout.
