and I’m supposed to do legs tomarow. Should I just wrap them and gut it out, or should I skip it?
depends how bad is the pain? Can you hit depth? I have hard sore knees but could still squat, so I just squatted. In fact today my knees are a little sore from running, but I’m going to squat.

oh I have had this pain before also, happened when I over extended on a squat-locked out super hard on speed squats- It generally did not last that long, I would start icing it right now off and on for as much as you can and see how it feels tomorrow. I would avoid it though if its hurting you and messing with your form.
If you have soreness then you can try to work through it. If you are injured then you should rethink it. There is a difference. It always comes down the the million dollar question… Are you hurt or are you injured?

I guess there’s only one way to find out.
PR+5 on squats tomarow.
If it’s just pain and you skip tomorrows work out, you’l miss one workout.
If it’s an injury and you squat tomorrow, you might miss several workouts.
Best of luck guy.
