Some Solid Weekend Lifting

First up, staurday morning, worked on my cleans

Worked up to a 110kg/242lbs powerclean

Worked up to a 120kg/264lbs full clean

Then, sunday afternoon, did some heavy front squats and rack pulls.

Worked up to a 275kg/606lbs rack pulls, I got ALOT more in me, I ran out of time.

My video of my 330lbsx2 frnt squat fucked up…

This is aged 15, 225lbs bodyweight.

I wont lie and say I dont enjoy the attention. Be a teenager in my position and you will understand.

Im not as bad as I used to be… call it insecurity but Im the type that looks for praise. Guess having parents who tell your gonna be nothing but a failure even though you put your heart and soul into your sport does that to ya eh?

But someone is more likely to find something wrong on this site then BB.com

Nice form on the full clean, I also saw it on BB.com and will probably see it on wannabebig.com to but thats besides the point.

Your rack pull should be stronger, you probably deadlift 500ish so 4" of motion with only 100lbs more than that just seems wrong.

No one would probably have called you a attention whore but there is another kid on here who keeps asking what people think of his lifting and finnishes every sentence with IM ONLY 17!!!

rack pulls are worthless and you looked like an idiot when you did it.

also, since you are going around looking for attention i figure i will knock you down a few pegs and mention that your 225 bodyweight looks like 30 percent body fat.

Anyways… Rack pulls are not worthless. I laugh when i see people doing them with wrist wraps, but whatever.

im gunna be the asshole who says tht the rack pull doesnt even look to be 606 lbs i count 4 plates a 35 and 25 which is more like 525. IDK maybe it’s even 25 and a 10, but hopefully im wrong.
