Some People Here Are Confused

I am absolutely amazed at how stirred up people get by Professor X. You know professor, I used to think you were a dick(although you had good points), but now I think it seems that people like to try and piss you off, and they actually go out of their way to do this. Then you just respond with facts and piss them off. I bet you raise their cortisol over the internet and cost them muscle. LOL

I do have a question for you though, which I didn’t see on any of these threads. What are your vegetable eating habits?
I eat vegetables. I just do not go out of my way to worry about eating them. They get in where they fit in. I eat broccoli and rice everyday and you were told this in the other thread SEVERAL TIMES…only to have people keep saying I don’t.

Why is this an issue with some of you?

When the hell did VEGETABLES become the end all of progress in the gym?

Serious thoughts?

That health and BBing don’t see eye to eye on some things and it take balls and more willpower than I have to side with what you want to achieve when those are the options.

That’s honestly my main problem with getting bigger and stronger. I have often tried to “do the healthy” thing rather than what I knew was necessary. There is no absolute right or wrong to either path, but in the confines of a sport there is.

Riding a dirt bike is good exercise and healthy, but being a world champion motocross rider has nothing to do with health. In fact, to really accomplish most things worth accomplishing you can’t only do “healthy” things. Marathon runners sacrifice their knees, boxers sacrifice some brain cells, pitchers sacrifice their elbows, running backs their knees. If you really have the iron bug, if you really want to achieve in BBing, healthy or not has little to nothing to do with it.

Not serious thoughts?

Creatine enema. All the noobs out there should try it.

Oh wow, this is turning into the other thread. It’s obvious that people love to troll and if you keep feeding them they’re going to keep coming back…

But to be on topic, I appreciate the legit informative threads/posts here like the old PX training thread and countless others made by the “bigger” guys here. I bust my ass in the gym and try to apply the things I learn here to my training but I don’t post pics or in legit threads. Just because you see a lot of negativity around here doesn’t mean people aren’t learning and applying what is being posted.

That was awesome.

Thank you.

This thread is pointless, alot of very large guys try to progress in the gym with health and longetivity in the bad of their mind. What’s the point of bodybuilding so when you hit 40 you fall apart.

Wow - hey, no problem man. I still don’t see how that’s what you got out of yesterday’s discussion, but clearly there aren’t many people here worthy of being in your presense.

Obviously, you have accomplished what most other people never will, and like I said yesterday, there’s little need for someone like me to even post anything anyway, since all anyone really needs is to listen to you, and the guys who are developed enough to be allowed to speak.

So, best of luck in making these boards what you want them to be. : )
Who is even talking to you? You have been bitching and whining for two days now and no one is even calling you out.

Leave if you want to leave. What I don’t get is the drama because no one is even talking about you right now.
Really? So, I’m just whining and creating “drama” out of thin air?

No one is calling me out? Didn’t you, just yesterday, give me a metric ton of shit in the “what do you eat” thread? Specifically quoting me and debating me across multiple pages? Going so far as to call my education into question?

You certainly seemed to be furious in your responses, so why wouldn’t I think you were talking about me?

Anyway, doesn’t matter. I enjoy reading more than I do posting anyway, and really have nothing to contribute that others haven’t already.

Carry on…
Yeah, I challenged you because you, someone who claims to be taking these classes, simply copied and pasted some data without even apparently reading it all because most of what you posted was NOT related to NECESSARY NUTRIENTS as per the actual discussion. That is WHY I mentioned capsaicin to you.

get it now?

I was trying to see what you knew. You got pissed.

If you want to leave, why not leave?
No you didn’t. You only mentioned that you were talking about ESSENTIAL NUTRIENTS after the fact.

You weren’t trying to see what I knew - you were trying to piss me off. But like I said, it doesn’t matter. If you have that little respect for me, then yes, I should leave.

I offered to give you my cell number - then you’ll see what I really know, in real time, without the chance to cherry pick responses. I also said I’d be happy to spend some time looking further into it and we could discuss it, but you seemed more interested in making me look stupid.

But yes - I won’t post anymore.

Good luck to you in your bodybuilding endeavors. : )

That isn’t my goal at all. Why do you think the goal is to ignore health?

Is this some game of extremes with some of you? You are either a full out health freak eating nothing but rice cakes and granola OR some dumbass meathead whose heart is about to explode?

Do you not see how ridiculous your assumption is?

I wasn’t reading the bbing training threads for a couple days and came across this and the tread about x’s diet. It is pretty rediculous that people who ARE SMALL and are sepposedly “trying” to get big are the one’s dissing what has worked for others…is that what you people do in everyday life? In your jobs, school, family life? If so I am scared for you, if you want to ask a question “that is not common sense then ask it” But don’t judge.

And I agree healthy living and BB are 2 totally different animals you think all those pro’s are Healthy, Most of them are supervised by doctors for obvious reasons I won’t get into. THEY DO WHAT THEY NEED TO DO TO WIN. Just like in any sport.

Yet, no one is degrading people in COMBAT SPORTS for not being super healthy and getting blows to the head.

No one is degrading POWERLIFTERS for using weights that make their noses bleed.

Hell, for most students to get a “DR” title in front of their name requires several years of NOT sleeping more than a few hours a night. How healthy is that?

In EVERY SINGLE ENDEAVOR KNOWN TO MAN that requires some all out physical effort of some sort, HEALTH is usually NOT the primary goal as far as that sport.

Everyone watched Michael Phelps at the Olympics. Does anyone here think being an athlete in the Olympics is HEALTHY in and of itself?

Is anyone dumb enough to tell those guys they should change how they eat to match the 140lb’ers on this site?

The individual has to decide where he personally draws the line…not EVERYONE ELSE WITH AN OPINION.

I swear some people read a thread and just CAN’T FUCKING STAND to not post. And I think that’s what happened in the eats thread. And then they think “Fuck… that has to be the most intelligent thing ever fucking written… EVER!”. And so, when people disagree with their thesis, and question their ideas, they feel like they’re getting their shit pushed in. True story!

I get my vegatables through chinese food.

I do indeed and I don’t see this as any extremes. This post you made was smart and I agree, but in some of you posts as well as others it comes out that way. If it isn’t your goal then nevermind but i bet some people read this and think the opposite
Professor X wrote:

Think about this. Issues like this are why I avoid some of those “dental question” threads…because people feel ENTITLED to a response…even though as a professional, I GET PAID FOR THAT EVERYDAY…but they want it all for free and some actually have the nerve to get pissed if you don’t answer quickly enough. Mind you, I don’t even mind helping people out…until they turn that help into MY OBLIGATION.

The same applies here. That other thread is now over 11 pages long with people in it that I have NEVER seen post any serious topics in this forum at all.

If you want to know how I eat, then ask, but if the thread turns into some “all forum members get to make a joke every other post while asking prof x 500 questions that would require me to stop working my day job to answer”, then perspective has been lost.

n the gym, I would avoid about 80% of the people who post here. Why? Because their mentality has the potential to not just hold themselves back but me as well. They major in the minors.

To them, spinach is the priority…not several years of busting ass in the gym and LOOKING like it.

If I see some guy who is a beginner but is working his ass off every time I see him, that guy can ask me anything.

If I see some guy who I KNOW is not serious, some guy who is ready to quote some guru word for word while ignoring what actually works for most people…I will walk the other way.

There is a reason lewhitehurst understood what I meant from the beginning even though I did not consult him before making this thread.

If you guys are ok with running everyone off who has actually made enough progress to listen to, then so be it.

This board has done it to several others from Gifted (Brandon Curry) to Goldberg right on down the line.

YOU are not one of the smaller guys I am speaking of. Lanky is definitely not. I am referring to every fucker who we hardly ever even see in this forum who is in that thread just to stir shit or joke around and nothing else.

Do you really think Spinach Boy is shocking anyone with his development?
OK, I think I get where you’re coming from now. I’m still under 2 years in my weightlifting training and have a long way to go size-wise so I was assuming I was in the group you were speaking of. Your comment came after one of my posts so I thought it meant me as well. My misunderstanding.

Think about this, You all are grown men with good jobs and families and sitting at a computer arguing with some people who might not even be real. If you don’t want to converse with idiots stick to the T-Cell, there are hardly any new posts there and I don’t know why.

And wtf does this have to do with BB training???
Someone delete this thread

Lol the funny thing is you’ll get a whole lot of “Well maybe i dont want to be a bodybuilder” when you start throwing that phrase around.

The entirety of it all is ridiculous. Fucking vegetables, always causing trouble…

X was just trying to make a point with this thread. And hopefully it will get rid of people who post DUMB things like you…

We like conversing and sharing information …is there anything wrong with that. Im 23 and I like to get advice from people who have advice to give and have the PICTURES and strenth to prove it so I can learn from there ways.

Whats your problem dude…

To be successful you must surround yourself with like minded individuals, I want to get bigger so I want to lisin to what BIG people have done…

Anyways, whatever. Just don’t post if you have nothing valid to add please and thank you.

hah well thank you, sitting at 250lbs right now, and not satisfied in the slightest lol.

VEGETABLES ARE IMPORTANT FOR MY WEIGHTLIFTING PERFORMANCE. THEY MAKE ME FEEL BETTER, AS IN HIGH. THE ANTIOXIDANTS ALSO REDUCE FREE RADICALS WHICH BUILD UP DURING INTENSE EXERCISE. SO VEGETABLES DO HELP SOME, NOBODY CAN DENY THAT. VEGETABLES ALSO MAKE ME POOP NICER THAN ANY FRUIT OR FIBER SUPPLEMENT. BY THE WAY, I ALSO NEED SOME FRUIT BECAUSE I DON’T TOLERATE WIERD CARBS OR SUGARS OR BREAD. FINIBAR AND SURGE ARE THE ONLY ONES I CAN HANDLE. I KNOW, YOU DON’T NEED CARBS, BUT IT’S MORE CONVENIENT AND EFFICIENT TO EAT THEM.

I JUST HAD A STIR-FRY WITH BROCCOLI, ONION, CARROT, APPLE, AND STEAK; COOKED IN EXTRA VIRGIN COCONUT OIL WITH THYME. SEA SALT ADDED AT THE END. IT WAS DELICIOUS.

I NEED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

AND ABOUT YOU SAYING IT’S OK TO SACRIFICE HEALTH TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS, PLENTY OF BIG WIGS ON THIS SITE HAVE EVEN SAID THAT HEALTH IS FIRST

SUCK ON THOSE CAPITAL LETTERS
IM GOING TO TAKE A NICE DUMP THANKS TO THAT STIR FRY
