I have some pain if I press on a few parts of my hands or grip something a certain way. Anyone know what this could be and what I should do?
I was having grip problems and pain in my right hand. It was bothering me at the gym, but most everywhere in my life. I started using wrist wraps and the issue has gone away.
Whenever I have big gains in the gym, my hands generally hurt. I think it has to do with your hands getting used to handling more weight. I just keep working, and it goes away in a week or two.
I get hand pain between my thumb and index finger when I bench with heavy dumbbells but only on my right hand. It’s more noticeable when I am doing incline. I’ve had it as long as I can remember.

That could be it. It doesn’t actually hurt when I grasp something like I grasp weights, but the big gains thing could be it. My deadlift has gone up 40 pounds in 17 days.
