Does anyone have Soloflex shock rings he wants to sell?
Not the black rubber bands.
The shock rings are a lot smoother.

Lots of info links. Looks like people like the shock rings much better. Aviation shock rings much cheaper. One blog says shock rings in conjunction with wieghts on the Soloflex machine is as good a Nautilus.

Yes accoringto some of the bloggers ( see all links in prior post) who use soloflex machines . In fact, they say the orginal and superior bands where the shock version, not he rubber things.
