I don’t know…I got 145x3 last week but it wasn’t going to happen with the 155. Plus, my knees are extra creaky from the bit of jump rope I did yesterday and sprinting in my Teva’s probably wasn’t wise either…

Victor, one of the trainers has all sorts of cool ‘toys,’ that I can ask to borrow on occasion. Just today he brought in a big ole’ rope and was playing with it.

I’m still hungry…I just put down over 60grams worth of protein and 4 rice cakes…nom nom nom nom!!! I’ve watched the scale steadily climb up 3lb this week. I’m waiting to see where it levels out. What if it doesn’t? lol

My temp this morning was 96.4…isn’t that pretty low?? I’m calling today to make an appt to get my check up.

a) Lat spread is ridic, tiny waist enviable - so strong and sexy, love it!

b) Training is looking stellar! Those DBSDLs are awesome! 55lb is no joke, and with your loooooong legs - well that’s quite a ways to travel. lol!

c) Frenchie speaks the truth! And remember, you can be the kind of instructor you want to be - not that perky, annoying, busy-body kind!

d) I would totally take a circuity-cross-fitty-type class!! In fact, a lot of the conditioning stuff I do is in the studio at my gym I stole from a class that was conducted in circuit fashion. So now I basically set up all sorts of different stations and go at it - suicides down the length of the studio (incl high knees, bear crawls, back peddling, frog jumps), then “crazy legs” and jump lunges off the risers, jump squats to the other side - the possibilities are endless! Work it out! snap

btw - I find sarcasm is more easily detected if you say things in a funny/weird voice. dead-pan only goes over well when people know what kind of bastid they’re dealing with. lol!

Also abs…leg lifts 3x12( lower legs til almost til the floor, raise and push heels into ceiling…RAWR!!!)

Thank you Kimba…it’s hard. Getting out of that comfort zone…but it’s all about accepting change so we can grow…(or lose fat) also related to adding more cardio/intensity to my training…I’m really digging that part.

Its my people skillz that need work I guess.

I can see doing the group setting thing. Getting to know other members because they WANT to be there and are interested in trying something new…not because I felt pressured to sell sell sell…
