Here is my squat from yesterday.
I figured out when the weight gets heavy, I my chest drops when trying to get up. I caught a quick glimpse of where I corrected it without really knowing. Any tips on how to correct that?

About the squat, are you still looking up when coming out the hole? Looks like your head dropped to face ahead of you. I’ll say tilt your head back a lil to look at the ceiling (or if you wear a hat like me, look at the bill lol) and see how it helps.
And more upper and lower back work I’d say, on top of technique cues nikki pointed out. your legs are strong enough to handle way more, but your back’s having a hard time keeping upright.

I love working my back, so no biggie there. Now to figure out how to do MORE!
I already do cardio in the evening so I can use that time to sneak in some or use the time I would have done cardio at the gym to do more WORK!!

Went out rucking…
30 lb pack,…15 min walk to the ‘monster,’ I call my hill…I drive by it everyday,but up close and personal it looks more like a mountain.
So I ‘sprinted,’ up it 3x…holy hell.
And then walked home. fffuuuuuu
I was so relieved to take that darn backpack off…had to take a lap to get the heart rate down.
Intense! That is a good looking hill!
I hope all goes well with the class you are thinking of running. I think it sounds like a great idea!

That hill is awesome by the way! I need to start this “rucking” shit too, what do you use exactly? I’m thinking of taking my seabag (ooh rah!) and filling it with stuff to weigh it down? OOOH! Or maybe, I’ll just fill it with old clothes I need to donate and see what it weighs, and use it for other carries and such, and just use a backpack full of sand!

That hill looked beastly. I dread the day I start doing cardio again, especially high intensity stuff like that. Great job on it!
Lol at doing a bridge deal. I’m pretty sure I would fall on the back of my head if I tried that. Flexibility is not a strong suit for me lol.

2pm- steak, green beans n mushrooms
ketchup!
hubby hates when I do that…I’m ‘ruining the steak with ketchup.’ No I’m not!!

6pm- chicken
spinach
8pm- greek yogurt
more almonds, coconut
damn…still hungry…The more food I’ve been eating, the hungrier I am…
